Damir started his career in Hong Kong and China, working with brands in China, Russia and Milan. In 2016 he graduated MA from Istituto Marangoni and soon after took the role of Design Specialist at Patrizia Pepe developing apparel and accessories. By 2020 he started to focus on more e ffective ways of fashion consumption, and the reduction of destructive e ffects at the production stage. That's when Constructor Studio was founded.

Having significant experience in accessories production and specifically bags, he gained expertise in all aspects of the production chain. This vast knowledge has transcended into the concept of a single bag, challenging material usage, craftsmanship and delivery systems of the industry.

Constructor Studio is sourcing high quality leftover stock, producing flat parts of the bag, bypassing the workforce consuming assembling stage of the traditional method, and ships the bag in flatpack boxes, saving shipping costs.
