Kodama

This project is based on the creation of three-dimensional structures, made out of 'flat' fabrics, and my personal fascination with the way in which fabrics move in the wind.

Inspired by the work of Korean artist: Do-Ho-Suh, especially his architectural installation: 'Ghost' (2004), strengthened my fascination with the mixing of fabrics and nature. His Asian temple consisting of fabric underlines the paradox between solidity and flexibility.
