The collection was inspired by an internal journey the designer experienced while isolating herself in her inner thoughts to get into deeper layers of her existence. She used the well-known metaphor of the caterpillar’s transformation into a butterfly, while rediscovering inner beauty. The first couple of looks are equivalents of the caterpillar phase, leather pieces with horizontal sections reminding the viewer of a caterpillar’s anatomy.
