Childhood experience has always been an important part of my life. Growing up in Shanghai, China, I had a lot of great memories with my grandfather. Later on in life, as I would tell people stories of when I was younger, I realized how my experiences as a little child with my grandfather has made me who I am today. Since early education and playing are very important in a child’s development, “ah la” is based around my childhood perspective. I’m using my experience to educate children on different life concepts through fashion and playing.
