"Constructed Worlds" began with an investigation of China's air pollution crisis. After in-depth research and spending 6 months in China-the designer's home country, it was clear that the people that were at the core of contributing to the problem were the ones suffering from it as well. The rapid growth in economy in China resulted in rapid expansions of cities. Bigger cities, more buildings, more people building them.
