Laura sees her work as an extension of herself: bold and modern, with politically laced undertones.

Expressing her views on contemporary feminist theories was the driving force behind her graduate collection 'Concealed and revealed', particularly issues that circle shaming of the female form. Using the body as a basis, Laura derived shape, colour and texture to produce designs that promote female empowerment and equality through subtly exposing the body.
