Jewelry from the collection "Bondage" capture a feud of forces and act of violence. I was inspired by erotic photography of Japanese artist Nobuyoshi Araki. Proliferating, bulging forms, cast in synthetic rubber are tightly bound by a tissue of textile. The freely hanging ends of
threads intensify the electrifying effect of the whole and its surreal tone.
