Inspiration: Gzhel is the word for traditional Russian blue & white porcelain produced there since the 19th Century. And the prints are inspired from the beautiful Gzhel motifs which are hand painted on the ceramics, similarly for the collection these motifs are recreated, to later convert them into wearable textile prints. I collection also has an amalgamation of floral prints used along with Gzhel motifs, with delicate & intricate hand embellishments.
