In today's modern culture, there is a new trend of "girl dinner, girl car, girl driving...". The English word "girl" is used as an adjective instead of a noun. We have developed a new sense of identity for "us girls" that goes beyond what being feminized has traditionally meant. The concept of femininity had a very narrow definition of being sweet, beautiful, and put together, whereas "girl" is what actually means to be a woman. In short, it means being messy, disheveled, and a little out of sorts.
