Organic forms, futuristic expression

The concept of my thesis was mainly inspired by the 40’s. The picture of the era’s female character is very close to the picture I have of an ideal woman. The woman of the 40’s through her military costumes suggests self-confidence and resoluteness. I used this conception for the silhouettes of my garments (broad shoulders, slim waist, military style)
I used origami as ornaments with H.R. Giger Alien’s concept. I love Giger’s world and the depressing atmosphere that world gives. Futuristic and sci-fi things have always affected me.
