In the feminist essay “Three Guineas” published in 1938, Virginia Woolf reflects on how women can help to prevent war. This type of female warrior: pacifist, independent and cultivated was the trigger in the creative process of this Fall/Winter Collection. But the English author was not the only reference in the imaginary; Amelia Earhart, Bette Davis, and Peggy Guggenheim were some of the muses for the season.
