ìS is a capsule collection of 8 outfits in delicate but
bright colours. The collection focuses on the vertical
nature of lines and cuts, inspired by Jules Verne’s “Journey
to the Centre of the Earth” and other explorers: the colours
and photographic prints are taken from Icelandic landscapes.
Starting from an idea of the traditional Norwegian costume,
the materials range from light, impalpable fabrics through to
a type of technical garment devised for this
hypothetical journey, such as goose down to fill the jackets.
