Born October 26, 1982. At the age of 11, he began attending cutting and sewing courses. Then he came up with the pseudonym Andre Tan (Andre - from the name Andrey; Tan - an abbreviation of his last name, first name and patronymic). In 1998, he entered the modeling department of the Kharkov Textile College, and after graduation, he entered the Kiev University of Technology and Design. Later he studied at the Hugo Boss factory in Germany and at St. Martins college of Art in Britain.

Thanks to his activities, he was included in the Ukrainian Book of Records as the youngest designer in the country.

In May 2023, Andre Tan began training in one of the programs in the USA.
