“ETCH” is a 100% upcycled mini collection that delves into themes of restoration and memory using laser etching to imprint expressive designs onto discarded denim. Laser etching essentially fast-fades an image onto textiles, presenting a sustainable alternative to dye-based printing. This method creates an emmeshed connection between the prints and the previously forgotten fabrics, echoing the notion that clothing holds so much memory. Each print is meticulously designed to fit within the contours of the garment, resulting in a seamless display that that interacts within the clothing.
