Inspired by the Australian landscape, SLOWeave serves as a way we can reconnect and rediscover the nuanced textures and forms found within nature. SLOWeave is an entirely textile driven, slow fashion collection exploring the traditional handmade techniques of spun yarn from raw fibre and hand-woven fabric panels. Australian Merino wool roving has been hand-spun into yarn, hand-woven into fabric and draped on the stand to form garments, exploring a no-waste methodology.
